All of the stylish and elegant rooms are well-equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need to enjoy a restful, relaxing holiday. Each room has been carefully custom-designed with your every comfort in mind. 7 exclusive rooms overlook Ventnor bay and there are 2 studio suites that have splendid balconies, perfect for long hot summer days. 2 of the rooms have a sofa bed which can accommodate extra guests at an additional charge (please see the Children and Extra Beds section for further details). Extra beds and additional guests must be confirmed with the hotel before arrival.

A new and exciting idea to the island is the chef's table that sits within feet of the kitchen. Every evening the curtain lifts on the theatrical performance experienced by our diners at the chef's table, where one can sense the passion and enthusiasm displayed by our professional and dedicated team here at the hotel. A special tasting menu will be devised for up to 8 people, so if you would like to feel the heat of the kitchen, then these front row seats are for you! Whether you want to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, sip cocktails whilst the sun goes down, or indulge with one of our fine Cuban cigars, our stylish bar is the place to relax.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  0 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 10 years are welcome.  All children or adults are charged GBP 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
