All en suite rooms and suites are comfortable, cosy and individually decorated, yet share similar features. From your window, there is an enchanting view of the ever-changing Mediterranean Sea. The 2-storey suite provides 2 communicating floors. The suite sleeps 5 people and an extra bed can be added on request (subject to availability).

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made up to 96 hours before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 96 hours before arrival or no-shows, the total amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Area information Monaco (12 km). Monte Carlo (12 km). Sanremo (14 km) - Visit the pearl of the floral Italian Riviera with its casino, market and inviting Italian boutiques. Nice (35 km). Travel information By Car: - Exit at the Ventimiglia motorway toll station. - Head towards Ventimiglia Centro in the direction of the sea. - Before entering the town centre, take the diversion on the right. - You will cross a bridge over a small river. At its end, head right towards Francia as indicated by the road sign. - Drive straight on and after one traffic light, you will enter a long tunnel. - As you leave the tunnel, after 100 metres, you will see a small square off the road with a large grey entrance gate on your right, between 2 large palm trees. - Turn right into this yard and ring the bell labelled Casa Lorenzina. - Take the narrow, sloping, concrete-paved road. - Follow this road for approximately 200 metres until you see a small gravel-coated climbing road on your left. - Take it and park your car on the left side of the road. Free parking is available.
