The guests house has a terrace with a view on the Grand Canal, where you can enjoy your breakfast during the hot season. Normally, it is served daily in your room (at request) or in our dining room. The property has a restaurant, near the Rialto bridge, where it is possible to have half or full board service for a special price.

For reservations of more than 3 rooms by the same client cancellation without penalty is possible till 15 days before the date of arrival, in case of late cancellation or no show the hotel will charge 1 night per room as penalty Please inform us about your time of arrival. Important: continental breakfast is self-service.

Area information Located in the famous tourist area of Rialto, the hotel is near shops, restaurants, bars and the ostarie, with the famous cicchetti. San Marco Square is only 10 minutes from the hotel. Travel information From Marco Polo airport: - Take the Alilaguna for Fondamente Nuove, which is 5 minutes from the hotel. By Bus: From Marco Polo airport: - take the bus service ATVO or bus ACTV number 5 for Piazzale Roma. From Treviso airport: - Take the ATVO bus for Piazzale Roma. By Vaporetto (public boat): From Piazzale Roma bus station or from Santa Lucia train station: - Take vaporetto number 2 for Rialto (stop). When you arrive in Rialto, head in the direction of Salizzada San Giovanni Grisostomo. After you have passed the restaurant Fiaschetteria Toscana and Calle della stua/scaleter on your left, turn left and find the hotel at the end of the road.
