Please remember it is very important you inform our staff about your arrival time at least 5 days before your check-in. As it is not an hotel there is no reception desk; you will be scheduled for an appointment with one of the staff members who will wait for you at the apartment or at the nearest boat station. The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. Key collection can take place until 20:00. After 20:00 the service is not included and must be payed on the spot, with different costs according to the time in the evening Number of Guests: Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed. Additional guests will be allowed in the booked accommodation only upon approval and at an extra fee per person per night. This includes children under 5 years of age.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
