Please remember it is very important that you inform the property of your arrival time at least 4 days before your check-in. These apartments are in different locations throughout Venice and there is no reception desk. You will be scheduled for an appointment with one of the staff members who will wait for you at the apartment. Supplying your arrival time (including updates on delays etc) is therefore essential, and will ensure a smooth check-in process for all concerned. The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. Key collection can take place from Monday to Friday until 19:00. After 19:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays the service is not included and a small fee must be paid on the spot, with different costs depending on arrival time. Number of Guests: Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed. Additional guests will be allowed in the booked accommodation only upon approval and at an extra fee per person per night. This includes children under 5 years of age.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
