The reception is closed from 12h-14h on weekdays and 12h-17h on Sundays. When the reception is closed a self-service machine will give you access to your room. For an exceptionally late arrival, please contact the hotel in advance. Only small dogs accepted.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included.  EUR 0.18 city/tourist tax per person between 1 and 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
