There are 104 double rooms, 18 apartments and 14 vacation homes at disposal of the visitors. All of them are modern-appointed and match cosy atmosphere and comfort.

There is a modern and luxury spa center. At visitors’ disposal are open-air and indoor swimming pools with natural mineral water. Two modern tennis courts with the availability to be used during all seasons. The fans of the strong sensations and games of chance will have an opportunity to try their luck in the gambling hall of hotel complex "St Elena". There are two children’s nooks as well as Minnie zoo with a diversity of feathery species.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
