Tourist Routes starting from Dallas Residence: The rock monastic cloister of 13th - 14th C, Aladja Monastery, is situated 14 km from the sea town and the unique natural landmark of Pobiti Kamani - a fossil forest, is 18 km away from Dallas Residence. The mouth of Kamchia river spreading in an age-old dense forest is 30 km to the South of Dallas. The picturesque cape of Kaliakra is 60 km to the North. Starting from Dallas you can quickly reach the capitals of the First and Second Bulgarian Kingdoms, Pliska and Preslav /7th - 9th C/ and Veliko Turnovo /11th - 14th C/. The Madara Horseman relief cut in the rock in 7th C is 80 km away.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

20 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
