Gates are closed from 23:00 to 07:00. Check-in Information: Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Overheight parking is available, charges applicable. A shuttle service is available from 09:00 to 21:30 from Vancouver International Airport, at an additional cost. The shuttle drops guests off less than 2 blocks from the hotel.

By Car (from Vancouver International Airport): - Take the Arthur Laing Bridge onto Granville Street. - Continue on towards Vancouver city centre. - Turn right at the Seymour exit. - Carry straight on for 7 blocks and then turn right onto Robson Street. - The hotel is located on the corner of Robson Street and Homer Street.
Area information Located in the heart of Vancouver’s city centre, the hotel is within walking distance of the trendy Yaletown, Gastown, and the West Georgia business corridor. The major sports stadiums BC Place and GM Place are also just a short walk away.
