The Residence, very much appreciated, situated next to the centre of the resort, is made up of 4 chalets of approximately 20 lodges, well exposed with uninterrupted views. Situated at the border of the Northern and Southern Alps, valued throughout, near to the Vanoise and the Ecrins National Parks, and at the foot of the famous col du Galibier, Valloire spreads its multiple charms between 1400 m and 1800 m. Direct access to the pistes, which is by the Crêt de la Brive cable car 200 m away, .

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
