Dining at the Phoenix Restaurant offers fine dining with international, Mediterranean and local influences. Pegasus Brasserie offers a casual setting for a more informal dining experience, with French and Mediterranean cuisine. The Club Bar is the place to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail on the veranda, or after dinner to savour a fine brandy and an aromatic cigar, smoked in the comfort of an authentic colonial atmosphere with soft background music.
