The hotel's 138 rooms have been designed with the "Novation" concept in mind, a new phase in Novotel's history. Whether you want to unwind after a busy day, spend time with the family and relax or work, the rooms offer you a true living space.

Hotel details

Free tickets for the Science museum and El Palero sports complex (subject to availability). There is also a wine shop at the hotel, where you can purchase one of the four special varieties of the region: Rueda, Toro, Ribera de Duero and Cigales. We have an agreement with a gym and heated swimming pool located a short distance from the hotel, where our guests enjoy free access to both facilities (please arrange at reception upon check-in).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 2 to 16 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
