The hotel's 87 rooms boast all modern facilities and furniture chosen with an eye to both design and functionality. Fabrics, lighting, colours and textures combine to create a relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by the wonderful views and good natural light. The hotel has a floor especially for smokers. There are also intercommunicated rooms ideal for families (available on request).

The hotel’s reception staff can provide you with tourist information and advice on what to see and do in the city. The hotel has a cafeteria, a summer terrace and 4 conference rooms suitable for any type of event.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s Juan de Austria restaurant offers a selection of international dishes and traditional regional specialities made with the finest, freshest, locally grown produce. The restaurant offers a specially created à la carte menu, as well as a weekly menu which changes every Tuesday and features the chef’s own specialities. This comfortable, air conditioned restaurant is bright and airy with plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the garden and the terrace. Every morning guests can enjoy a generous buffet featuring fresh, natural products. There are also plenty of healthy and low calorie options available. The restaurant is open every day, all year round, and is fully accessible for disabled guests and wheelchair users.

For reservations for more than 5 rooms, a prepayment is required: Once the reservation is made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer by phone to agree the prepayment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 13.50 per person.  Lunch costs EUR 22.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 23.50 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
