Rooms

We have 120 rooms, including 8 Junior Suites. They are all exterior and equipped with a bathroom, a LCD television with national and international channels and a toiletries kit with “Agua de la Tierra” products. We even offer special “Woman Style” rooms with everything a woman might need during her stay (nail file, lip balm, exfoliating glove etc.).

Food & Beverages

At our Nhube style restaurant tradition blends with innovation. The breakfast buffet opens at 7:15am and closes at 11:00am from Mon-Fri. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays it's from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Lunch is served from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and dinner from 8:30pm from 10:30pm.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 17.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 14.45 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 13.38 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 22.47 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
