The hotel’s excellent location makes it ideal as both an urban, business hotel and as a leisure hotel for tourists. Located in the new, modern commercial and business centre, the hotel is only 15 metres away from the Congress Palace. The location of the hotel also provides easy and direct access to the centre of Valencia, the City of the Arts and Sciences, the old town area, the exhibition and fair centre and the airport. The hotel has 10 fully-equipped conference rooms. With modern equipment, the conference rooms are ideal for any type of event, including business meetings, congresses, feasts, cocktail parties and gala dinners. All the rooms have natural light and can be shaped to the guests’ needs by using the 18 different styles of movable panels. The hotel also has great facilities for tourists, leisure travellers and those needing to relax after a hard day’s work.

Our select offer in food begins with an excellent and extremelly varied breakfast buffet, just the right thing for starting a day dedicated to business or turism. The restaurant specialising in international an Mediterranean cuisine has a varied array of a la carte dishes that are served either in the main dining room or in any one of the 4 private dining rooms. The Lobby piano-bar, L´Estany, provides a modern, friendly setting for enjoying a snack, a drink or a quiet chat.

Extra beds are only allowed in Superior Rooms and in Junior Suites.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 16.05 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 8.02 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
