Our exclusive hotel offers 135 rooms in Art-Deco style and featuring the exclusive Westin Heavenly Bed. Our rooms are divided into: 1 Royal Suite of 180 m² 4 Junior Suites of 60 m² 29 Grand Deluxe rooms of 40 m² with terrace and some of them with Jacuzzi (on request and at an additional charge) 58 Premium Deluxe rooms of 45 m², 2 Westin Workout rooms of 35 m² 28 Deluxe rooms of 36 m² Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking.

Hotel details

The Westin’s Caroli Health Club features a 25 m² ionised and salted therapy pool, Finnish sauna or Turkish bath. After a session in the sauna, cool off underneath the experience showers or in the garden relaxation area. Here you will also find 8 separate treatment rooms where you can pamper yourself with a choice of the most advanced health and beauty treatments. Please note that fees apply for pool use and treatments. The hotel also includes extensive conference facilities, including a meeting hall for up to 400 guests.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s Rosmarino Restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine. For more sophisticated dishes you can head to the Oscar Torrijos gourmet restaurant, also found on site. El Jardí lobby bar provides the perfect place for a relaxing drink, whilst the h-club Valencia serves cocktails and hosts live music into the early morning.

The entrance to wellness center is forbidden to minors. Guests will have free access to fitness and kinesis area. The entrance to water area, which includes therapy pool, sauna and Hamman incurs an additional fee per person, per day.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.35 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 16.05 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 23.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 25.68 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 69.55 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
