Address C/ En llop, 5 46002 Valencia		Travel information By Public Transport From the airport Take the bus and get off on the last stop, next to Estación del Norte. You can also take the Metro (lines 5 or 3) and get off in Xàtiva station. In both cases you have to then walk towards Plaza del Ayuntamiento (town council square) for 3 minutes, and once you pass by the town council building main entrance, on the 2nd street on the left you will find our entrance. By Train You arrive at Estación del Norte and then follow the above instructions to reach the guesthouse on foot. By Boat Take bus number 19 and get off at the stop in Plaza del Ayuntamiento (square) and follow the route as above.
Area information Just in the hole city center, in the same square where the city hall is. We are also near the train station, metro, buses, shopping centers, the cathedral. 20' to the city of arts and 30' to the port.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
