We have exterior and interior rooms. Our complete toiletries kit consists of “Agua de la Tierra” products. For women, we offer special “Woman style” rooms including a cosmetic bag with everything a woman might need during her stay (nail file, lip balm, exfoliating glove etc.) and the women's magazine “Telva”. In all our rooms you will find the “Vive Enjoy Valencia” booklet with useful information on the city. Disabled Facilities: The hotel has several rooms suitable for disabled guests and wheelchair users, which are available on request.

Food & Beverages

We have a complete and varied breakfast buffet with top-quality products. You can enjoy breakfast from 7.00 to 11.00 AM from Mon-Fri and from 8.00 to 12.00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Besides, there is another hotel restaurant where you can enjoy specialties from the international as well as the mediterranean cuisine.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 17.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 14.98 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.31 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.75 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
