Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 8 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
