Food & Beverages

Hotel Teyssier features an air conditioned and panoramic restaurant room decorated with taste and refinement; an invitation to relaxation and Epicureanism. The chef, Benoit Alexandre, proposes his own sophisticated recipes prepared with fresh products in a friendly atmosphere. Enjoy the home made foie gras, truffle omelette or wild Saint Jacques salad and make sure to accompany your dishes with some of the local wines. Cooking lessons are available at the hotel at an additional cost.

Hotel closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays in winter. Arrival before 21:00. Otherwise, please call the hotel to confirm the reservation.
