Each apartment features an air conditioned lounge area with satellite TV (at an additional cost), a fully-equipped kitchen including ceramic hobs, a bathroom with heated towel rail, and a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

Hotel details

The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. These hours may change according to season. If you plan to arrive after 20:00 please contact the hotel. Damage Deposit: The deposit is payable upon checking in and it is fully reimbursed if the apartment and furnishings have not been damaged. Guests are required to do the end of stay cleaning otherwise it will be charged on the damage deposit. The deposit will be returned to the guest 14 days after the departure date.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.  30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
