Of the £2m invested in the refurbishment of this welcoming venue set in 42 acres of pristine parkland, £850K was spent to install Steam Bake & Grill, a truly unique and innovative food concept. De Vere have introduced their striking new contemporary standard bedroom design to 38 executive rooms allowing flexibility of doubles, twins, interconnecting and family rooms. The venues bar lounge and reception area has gone through a significant transformation to bring them up to the highest possible standard.

Food & Beverages

Steam Bake and Grill Restaurant is a truly unique and innovative food concept within the training and conferencing arena. Bar lounge and room service menus are also available.

The hotel will add an additional cost to all payments made by credit card (no fee for debit cards).

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
