Food & Beverages

From Monday through to Friday, Restaurant El Rincõn offers an extensive luncheon buffet from 12:00 to 14:00. Choose from an unlimited choice of assorted soups, salads, warm dishes and delicious deserts. In the evening, you can indulge in seasonal cuisine of the highest standard from 18:00 to 21:00. Snacks and beverages await you at La Esquina Bar, located on the ground floor of the hotel.

Please note that the continental breakfast is only served from Monday till Friday.

Travel information

By train: Every hour a direct chain connects Utrecht Central Station to six different locations, including Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The hotel is located behind the station, and can be found by following signs for 'Jaarbeursplein'. The hotel will be on your right-hand side. Trams can be caught by boarding those heading toward 'Nieuwegein' or 'Ijsselstein' and getting off at 'Jaarbeursplein'. By car From Amsterdam (A2) - Take exit 8: “Utrecht – Jaarbeurs – Kanaleneiland – De Meern”. - Follow signs for “Jaarbeurs”. From Hertogenbosch - Take the “Ring Utrecht West”. - Use exit 8: “Centrum – Jaarbeurs – De Meern” - Follow signs “Jaarbeurs”. From Arnhem / Den Haag (A12) - Take exit 17: “Kanaleneiland – Jaarbeurs – Centrum”. - Follow signs “Jaarbeurs”.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 11.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
