Please note that the swimming pool, the saua, the Turkish steam bath, the solarium and the whirlpools are out of order from 21 December till 3 January 2010.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 12.00 per 24 hours.  Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 27.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
