Hotel Surban is composed of 32 rooms, including 5 deluxe rooms.. All rooms are fully equipped with common facilities and offer double glazing. Some rooms have jacuzzi and a kettle.

Food & Beverages

In our cave restaurant you will taste some of mouth-watering Turkish dishes and also a buffet breakfast (your meals can be served in the restaurant, garden or on the terrace). Children menu and vegetarian meals can be supplied on request. To make your stay with us more special, we also have live Turkish music in the large lounge with some folklore shows.

Especially for guests booking through this site, Surban Hotel offers free internet use, a welcome drink, and a free city map. Also for 4 nights stay or more one way free transfer from Kayseri Airport is offered.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
