MEETING ROOMS: The hotel has 3 conferences room with modern audiovisual equipment, all of them located in the restored zone of the Convent. Salón San Antonio is the biggest room. It was the ancient church of the convent. The room has air conditioning and music stream. Salón El Coro (air-conditioned) was the chorus of the church of San Antonio. El Salón Pizarro (air-conditioned) was the ancient meeting room of the convent of San Antonio.

Food & Beverages

Air-conditioned Restaurant "El Refectorio" serving international and local cuisine as well as game (in season). Excellent wine card including local wines.

No internet access available. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12.87 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.98 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
