Rooms

The 22 rooms are designed around the theme of Francisco Pizarro, the Spanish conquistador who led a number of expeditions into South America in the early 16th century. 13 of the rooms are dedicated to 13 who famously accompanied Pizarro into the South. These rooms are decorated in an exclusive, colonial style and are equipped with all the necessary features that will help to make your stay an unforgettable one. The other 9 rooms honour Francisco Pizarro himself, along with his family and the women famously linked with him. Minimalist decoration is complemented by modern design, with each containing an en suite bathroom. Well equipped with all the standard facilities, the rooms also include complimentary slippers and a plasma screen TV.

Breakfast time: - From 08:00 - 11:00 Cafeteria service - From 11:00 - 23:00 Restaurant service - From 13:30 - 16:00 - From 20:30 - 23:00 Closing dates: Sunday night and Monday (all day), except on Bank Holidays. Room service - The same as the restaurant.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.50 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.70 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 32.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
