The hotel's facilities include 7 floors, 4 conference rooms, 1 card phone at reception (bank cards and telephone cards), free individual safe which is subject to availability, locked luggage room, daily press service, show booking service. Rate includes the room with beds made up for arrival and remade daily, linen changed every 3 days. Bath linen available in room and changed daily, daily cleaning and TV.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.92 city/tourist tax per person older than 11 years per night is not included.  EUR 0.46 city/tourist tax per person between 3 and 11 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per child under 11 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
