Holiday Inn Express® offers a reliable and efficient group and meeting service that recognises the needs of planners for group events, small meeting or training sessions. The conference room is equipped with air conditioning and daylight with the possibility to darken the room. Room hire includes: conference equipment such as overhead projector, screen and flip chart; 2 coffee breaks and 2 soft drinks for each conference guest.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 49.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
