The Manor West boasts 4 floors with a total of 75 luxurious, modern and spacious guest rooms that are decorated in a manner which evokes a feeling of total relaxation and calm. We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and so have a number of modified rooms for your personal requirements. The hotel has accessible rooms that can accommodate up to 2 adults. These rooms have a 5ft double bed. There is a modified wardrobe for ease of access. Modified bathroom includes: wheel in shower, low sink and raised toilet. Bathroom is wired with a panic cord connected to reception. Accessible rooms also have the option of an interconnecting carers room. Please request an accessible room at time of booking.

Indulge yourself in the opulent Walnut Room Restaurant. With food and wines as smooth on the pallet as the finish of the wood, this fine dining restaurant serves both breakfast and dinner. Start the day the best possible way with a light continental breakfast or sustain yourself with a full Irish or French crepe. All appetites will be ultimately satisfied. Breakfast is served 07:30 to 10:00. Evening meals at the Walnut Room Restaurant are a gastronomic affair, blending exquisite traditional service with the best local and international cuisine. Under head chef Bart O’Sullivan the all-star team of international, national and Kerry chefs, bring a unique style to each dish while maintaining a consistent standard or ingenuity and flavour. The ideal atmosphere to meet friends for a leisurely morning coffee or a crucial business lunch, the Mercantile Bar blends the best of food and drink for a unique social experience. Serving morning snacks from 10:30. Self-service carvery from 12:00 to 15:00, including sandwiches, paninis, traditional roast dinners and exquisite desserts Bistro menu from 15:00 to 21:00. The Mercantile Bar adds a contemporary twist to the old art of cocktail making. Blending the classics with the new age, each cocktail reflects the style of the bar itself.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
