Please note that the accommodation will be cleaned once a week for all stays from one to 29 nights. For all stays of more than 29 nights, it will be cleaned once every 2 weeks.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is available from Monday to Friday.

The residence is open 24 hours a day Monday to Friday, and from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 at weekends. It is closed on public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.  Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 2.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
