The hotel's modern conference centre, with restaurants and bars adjoined, are air conditioned and have sophisticated equipment including PA systems, cordless microphones, multimedia projectors, blinds, flip charts, screens and internet access. With soundproof walls and sliding doors, rooms accommodate large meetings of up to 600 people, to smaller, more intimate events. In the foyer, a cafe serves delegates coffee during breaks. Technical assistance is provided by the hotel's professional team. The Ginger Bread and Błękitna restaurants serve Polish and international cuisine. You will find a wine from the extensive list to accompany any meal. The Filmar is an ideal venue for parties, banquets and other events, where menus will be catered to meet your specific needs.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
