Rooms on the ground floor are accessible for disabled guests. The door opening in the room is 80 cm. and in the bathroom 60 cm. Prices based on double occupancy. Extra charges applicable for extra persons.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 14 years are charged EUR 6.42 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 12.48 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6.
