All double rooms are equipped with common facilities, while the junior suites offer more space, a little lounge, bigger beds and a bathroom with jacuzzi. Access to the Spa and saunas is included in the rate.

The Carabí Restaurant with its image and own indentidy only uses fresh products of high quality.The restaurant has a capacity for 70 people.It is really the perfect place where you can taste the best of the mediterranean cuisine.In Summer, the clients will be able to enjoy a pleasant supper in the terrace of the Hotel Areca .

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.70 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.54 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
