Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 09:30 in the elegant dining room. You can choose from the extensive buffet, which includes fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, juices, toast and preserves. Alternatively, you can spoil yourself with the full traditional English breakfast, freshly cooked to order. The Cleveland will try its best to accommodate vegetarians, coeliacs and those with special dietary needs, by prior arrangement.

Public holidays and trade fairs are subject to a minimum 2-night stay. Payment Information: Please note that the Cleveland does not accept payment via American Express cards.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
