At Grosvenor House we have spacious double, family and twin rooms, as well as a single room, most of which have been freshly decorated.

In Grosvenor House we have a comfortable, non-smoking, TV lounge where you can relax and also a friendly licensed bar lounge where you can enjoy a drink, make new friends and tell us about the exciting day that you have had. If there is anything we can do to improve your holiday experience, then please ask. At Grosvenor House we offer a wide choice of menus at breakfast to suit all tastes and requirements. Come evening, we can provide a full 5-course dinner with a choice of starter, main course and sweet. We will always try to cater for special diets by arrangement.

We do not take single sex group bookings of more than 2 people except by prior arrangement. Should you book and be seen to be part of a single sex group you will be refused entry.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
