Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 9 years are charged GBP 12.50 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 10 to 15 years is charged GBP 19.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged GBP 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
