Travel information By Car (from Exeter): - Follow signs to Torquay, taking the A380 via Newton Abbot. - At the traffic fork in the road (by the Halfords Store on your right), follow signs bearing right to 'Seafront'. - Continue down to Seafront and turn left, proceeding on to the harbour. - At the Clock Tower, turn left. - At the next junction and traffic lights, turn right (signposted 'Meadfoot Beach'). - Follow this road up over the brow of the hill and down the other side. - The road widens and the gates to Hesketh Crescent and The Osborne Hotel are in front of you.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 5 to 11 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
