All guests bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, offering you an ideal place in which to relax. You can expect extremely comfortable beds dressed in quality linen and soft fluffy towels as well as remote control 30 channel digital TV with audio channels and DVD/CD player, as well as an alarm clock and a host of complementary toiletries and accessories. Subject to availability, we regularly upgrade our guests.

Food & Beverages

Newly refurbished, the breakfast room is spacious and elegant. Charming and comfortable, the room overlooks the front terrace, patio and sun deck. You can enjoy a traditional cooked English breakfast or choose from a selection of lighter options. The full cooked English breakfasts are freshly prepared to order and are made using high quality produce. Breakfast is available from 08:30 to 10:00.

Southbourne Villa does not accept bookings of more than 2 rooms (even if booked separately). Stag/hen parties or wedding groups are not accepted. Any such bookings will be cancelled by Southbourne Villa, without refund.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
