Hotel details

Payment in full must be made on arrival. The Ravenswood Hotel will add an additional cost if payment is made by credit card. American Express cards are not accepted. Group bookings (2 or more rooms) are not allowed unless the hotel has agreed in advance. Same-sex group bookings are not permitted in the hotel (e.g. hen/stag nights). Some parking spaces are to the rear of the hotel, with access off Museum Road. The rest is in a secure car park off Museum Road.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
