Address 537 Babbacombe Road TQ1 1HQ Torquay		Travel information From m5 Exeter to a38, then follow signs for Torquay a380. At Newton Abbot you will reach Penn Inn roundabout;take the second exit signposted Torquay a380. At the next roundabout, go straight over A3022.Do not turn right (continuation of a380). Follow a3022 into Torquay. At sixth set of lights get into right hand lane a3022 (signposted Seafront, harbour, Paignton)and follow signs to the harbour. At the clock tower by the harbour turn left;the hotel is 300 yards up the hill on the left hand side past the traffic lights.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of GBP 25 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
