The Capri Guest Accommodation is walking distance from the beach, valued throughout, marina, Torre Abbey Gardens, the town centre and the Riviera International Conference Centre. Torbay’s main attractions are close by, highly regarded, and the Capri is on a main bus route to Paignton, Brixham and Babbacombe. Optional 3-course meals are served in the dining room, and above all, and snacks and drinks are available until 23:00. The family-run guest house offers a warm and friendly stay, very much appreciated, and can provide local information. Paignton and Torquay are within walking distance. The Capri offers a permanent 10% discount off the final bill for all senior citizens, which is proof of age maybe required. Activities such as cycling, and above all, golf, fishing, tours and diving can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 5 years are welcome. All children from 5 to 15 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
