Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 09:15 but an earlier breakfast can be made available. The breakfast menu includes tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, grapefruit segments, prunes, a full cooked breakfast or muffin with poached egg and smoked salmon. Toast and preserves are also available, as well as a vegetarian option and other dietary requirements such as soya or goats' milk. Evening meals are served at 18:15. These need to be pre-ordered on the day of arrival.

You cannot check-in after 22:00. Remaining payment is due at check-in. Buckingham Lodge will add an additional cost to payments made by credit card (no charge for debit cards).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
