Address Tor Park Rd TQ2 5BQ Torquay		Travel information By Car - Take the M5 to Exeter. - Continue on to the A38. - After approximately 3 miles, fork left onto the A380 signposted Torquay. - After approximately 9 miles of dual carriageway you will come to the Penn Inn traffic lights/ roundabout on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. - Continue on the A380 through the village of Kingkerswell. - At the next roundabout, keep straight on the A3022, passing Sainsbury's on your left. - At the next set of traffic lights, carry straight on, keeping to the left-hand lane. - You will go through 2 sets of traffic lights, after which you need to be in the right-hand lane. - At the next set of traffic lights (Halfords on your right), fork right into Avenue Road. - After approximately 100 yards you should see the sign on the left. - Take a sharp left turn into Tor Park Road. You have arrived.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
