If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  If modified later, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.
