The hotel offers several options for drinking and dining. The Mizzen Restaurant is open from 06:30 to 21:30 and offers buffet-style meals as well as an à la carte menu. The Chartroom Bar and Lounge offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and light fare. The bar and lounge is open from 14:30 to 01:00. The Coffee Bar is open from 06:30 to 14:00 The Toula Restaurant is open from 12:00 until 01:00 and offers a selection of Italian dishes and specialities in a romantic atmosphere. The Toula Bar is open from 12:00 to 01:00 and has a superb view of the city to admire while you enjoy a drink.

Check-in Information: Photographic identification and a credit card are required at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs.

Queen's Quay Terminal (200 metres) – This attractive Art Deco building was once a cold storage facility but has since been renovated and now houses apartments and an impressive shopping mall. The Harbour-front Antique Market (300 metres) – The market is great for picking up bargains and beautiful objets d’art. Toronto Underground Mall (300 metres) – This huge underground mall houses a wide selection of shops and boutiques.

Travel information

By Air: The hotel is approximately 25 km from Toronto’s Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. By Car (from Toronto’s Lester B. Pearson International Airport): - Take Highway 427 South to the Gardiner Expressway Toronto. - Take the Yonge/York/Bay exit to the Yonge ramp. - Turn right at the first set of traffic lights and proceed to Queen's Quay. - At Queen's Quay, turn left. Parking for hotel guests is on the right. Parking: Parking is available for guests at an additional cost.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 17 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
