Address Zur Eiche 32-34 25980 Tinnum / Sylt		Travel information Coming by car travel in the direction of Keitum. Still in Tinnum you will pass by an Aral gas station. After the gas station turn right and the 3rd street right will be the Straße zur Eiche where you can find the hotel.
Area information We lie close to a Nordic Walking path, riding stables and a zoo. Golf courses can also be found nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
