The hotel's special interior is designed to make you feel as though you live in a palace. Each room is equipped with internet access and a modern large-screen LCD TV, and all single rooms have a super king-size bed. The bathrooms are set in a modern style, with a multifunctional shower set to help you get rid of tiredness in a large and clean bathroom after a long trip. As the hotel is opposite Tian He Park, some of the rooms provide ample sunlight through French windows.

Food & Beverages

Our Chinese restaurant provides Cantonese food, sumptuous home-made food and famous specialities, such as shark’s fin, abalone and scallops, as well as a choice of many international dining options. Opening hours: 07:00 to 14:30 and 17:00 to 22:00. The Louis Western Restaurant features a daily lunch and dinner buffet. A true winner with children and dessert lovers, the cake at the dessert table is a temptation you can not refuse. Opening hours: 06:00 to 24:00. Room service: 24 hours.

Rates on our website are quoted in USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charged in CNY and the exchange rate from USD to CNY will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes. *The hotel is providing a free 2-way shuttle bus service to Pazhou Complex during The Canton Trade Fair, October/November 2009. The journey takes approximately 8 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  15 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 27.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
