Each one of the guest rooms reflects the tradition and classicism of this legendary hotel, masterfully combined with the warmth and comfort of a contemporary apartment. The windows open out onto Alexander the Great Avenue, overlooking the White Tower, the International Exhibition Centre and the city lights, or the deep blue of the Thermaicos Gulf. Each of the 24 suites is individually designed in a triumph of velvet and decorated in sunset hues. The two presidential suites, Alexander at 120 m² and Philip at 135 m², are especially worth mentioning as they are undoubtedly the city’s ultimate guest rooms; they are appointed with luxurious furniture, 2 spacious master bedrooms, a separate jacuzzi and private balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Food & Beverages

The resort contains a variety of restaurants and bars including a sushi bar which is open from 21:00 to 01:00, a Greek sea food restaurant that is open from 12:00 to 00:00 and the hotel’s main restaurant, open from 07:00 to 00:00, situated right by the Thermaikos Gulf offering a new twist on Mediterranean and traditional Greek dishes, as well as a pool bar and a garden cafe. There is also the rooftop Asian influenced Cloud Level, awarded with the Gourmet award for being Thessaloniki’s best lounge bar restaurant, the ideal location for breathtaking views and romantic sunsets, open Monday to Sunday for drinks from 20:00 and for dinner from 20:00 until 01:00. However the main attraction is the Τ-Palace, open from 08:00 to 00:00, which specialises in martinis and is a long-standing fashionable meeting point for high profile figures, rock stars and models; it was Colin Farrell’s hangout while shooting Alexander the Great.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 22.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 2 to 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
