The entire hotel has undergone a major refurbishment, with all the public areas and all 25 rooms completely refurbished to a high standard. Some of the rooms have views of the Avon River; the VIP four-poster (the Adam Suite) has breathtaking views through its curved bay windows. The second four-poster (the Gazebo Room) offers views of the Avon River from its own bay window.

Cosy restaurant seating upto 20 plus bar snacks & light meals.

Check-In Information: If you are due to arrive later than 21:00, please contact reception in advance in order to inform them of your estimated time of arrival. You can contact reception by telephone or via email, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. Please note that guests are issued with their own keys to enter the hotel after midnight, as there is no night porter service. Your credit card will be debited by hotelinfo ltd 48 hours before arrival.

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
