The non-smoking rooms have been brought up-to-date with all modern facilities. To ensure that your stay is extra special, the house has put a lot of emphasis on your comfort and convenience. On request ironing and hair drying facilities are available. The staff can also rouse you with an early morning call if desired.

Hotel details

A local carpenter built the house in 1864 and many historic features are still to be seen in the thick random stonewalls of the original building. You will find the atmosphere throughout your stay to be one of warmth and relaxation. Your hosts, Karen and Allan, aim to ensure that you enjoy yourself to the full.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  All children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
